Overview
KS5830 Track Geometry Monitoring System is a non-contact measuring device mounted under the vehicle that measures track geometry and other parameters. Automatic measurements are performed each time the vehicle travels, enabling high frequency data collection when the system is installed on an in-service train. Data measured by KS5830 is automatically transmitted via wireless communication to a server equipped with data processing software, where it undergoes processing such as track irregularity analysis, distance correction, and threshold violation assessment. Measurement data and alarms are transmitted to data processing software in the office, where they can be viewed.
